Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind or other standard returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, defective, leaking or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking or incorrect, please contact FIOLE 01 promptly. Include clear photographs and, where necessary, a short video so the issue can be assessed and an appropriate resolution provided.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
